With over 10 years in planning and project management and certified in Six Sigma Green Belt methods, Shaina is experienced in strategic planning, business consultation and project management. Her goal is always to empower clients to be able to manage their companies for sustainable success.

Lynda’s work & life passions have taken her from Canada, to Europe, Mexico, Australia, the Caribbean, the United States and to China. She has provided confidential coaching support to individuals, teams and businesses at all phases of their personal and professional pathways.

Lynda is an Internationally Certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation and the NeuroLeadership Group. Her coaching is designed to support individuals, businesses and teams in stretching their thinking, gaining new insights and creating dynamic and positive change.
